Isn't there a need for a decent dress code for TV anchors?

Many might have watched laughter channel on Indian TV. We usually notice that the female anchors look as if they have just come out of their bathrooms. The viewers keep guessing whether they were dressing up in there or undressing while they do their job. Slits and sloppy side-shows happen to appear from anywhere of their dress-scrapes, and those who watch them are left with all their faculties of imagination and fancy. Isn't there a need for a decent dress code for TV anchors?

TV Anchors need to maintain a decent dress code coz from kids to elders everybody watches the TV shows. so none of them should turn away their face from it coz of the dresses the anchors wore.so dress code is a must for them if atall for the fashions they comes and goes.
