Household cleaning...

You know the drill...every day/week the house seems to get messy. Dishes to do, laundry piles up.... So what is your least favorite household chore? Cleaning the dishes, doing and folding the laundry? vacuuming? As you can tell...it is time for my house hold to be tidied. What do you dislike the most?

mopping. I hate mopping. I don't like the smell, i dont like cleaning the mop after Ive finished, and the results don't last long enough to be satisfying.

Tambunan, try using an electric steam mop. It takes a little longer, but it only uses water and it gets the floors sparkling clean.

In my family, ironing is a need for our clothes, I mean my mom is just so strict about it and even if they are not crumpled at all, we still need to iron them so it's the most hated chore of all.

The job that seems to get left is cleaning the oven. It is so much easier to clean if done every week, but especially in the very humid weather, I tend to leave it "till next time". The stove top is cleaned every day since it is ceramic glass and so easy to clean, but the oven? . . . (reminds me: it needs doing!)

I can't stand mopping the floors. They don't stay clean long enough for all the back breaking that it takes to clean them. I vacuum and then mop the floors and within a couple of hours it was for nothing. I can't believe in this day and age there isn't a better way to clean and keep our floors looking good for at least a few days.
