My mom is driving my dad nuts

My mom just recently started working. She'd been a homemaker for 28 years, and decided that since we were all grown up and moved out she'd get a job. She was bored at home and the extra money was probably a factor as well. But since she's been working sh'e developed this attitude and it's driving my dad insane. He's constantly complaining to me about how much she's getting on his nerves and want to tell her, but we were raised really strict and stuff like that we just aren't supposed to talk to our parents about. I want to stay something to give my dad some relief and my mom does need a good shaking;) cause her attitude is even starting to rub me and my sisters the wrong way. Any advice on how to gently break the news would be wonderful. Or do you think I should leave it alone after all she's been stuck in the house for almost 30 years maybe she's earned the right.

What i think is ,tell your father to solve the problem by himself or let it be or just ignore it............. and give her some time that she come to know that what she is doing?
