How much you love your self?

Sometimes i saw people who didn't love their self. for example they kill their selves, because i think it's stupid thing that they have done. maybe they get big problem which they can't bear the burden. but i think there are many ways to solve their problem. what do you think mylotters? how much you love yourself?

hello nophie, as the song says...learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all... well i do love myself coz i love the people around me, i am loving & taking care of myself because of them and i just appreciate the life that God gave me... killing oneself is something that i can't really understand and i find people who do it cowards... all of us are having some problems that sometimes we feel like we can't stand it anymore and we try to escape from it....but God is so good, He will not give us something we can't bear...He's always there to help & guide us...He's just waiting! i love myself coz i love my Creator & everything that he made!

yes, we have to love ourselves because of to thankful to our GOD. and i believe it too that GOD will not giving problem that we can't bear. how big our problem, if believe that GOD will help us, he will erase the problem with his own way.

I am really not sure if I love myself more or less. I sometimes do not drink vitamins or food supplements to supply my body with nutrients, to keep me healthy. Sometimes I do not exercise, sometimes I do. sometimes I do not eat on time, sometimes I eat all the time. Sometimes I do not sleep early, I sleep late and I am tired to wake up early. Sometimes by being lazy and doing bad decision I lead myself to more problems which cause me to be stressed and after a day i will find myself with headache or flu. I also tried to kill myself before because I feel that I am useless, I have no purpose. When I do good and complemented that is the only time I love myself. When I have problems I do not love myself, I do not trust my brain to think about the problem. I am really hopeless. Anyhow, all of the people are doing this to themselves, even if we do know and aware we are still doing it. But I believe as long as we are living and we are fighting for the odds, we love ourselves. We need to love ourselves not only for ourselves but also for the people who love us.

I like your last word "we need love ourselves not only for ourselves but also for people who love us". that's absolutely right because of there are many people who love us and also we love them. life can be more beautiful if we have love feelings. no matter how hard our problem, as long as people who love us aroud, we can face the life.

i love myself! :) i value me more than anyone to the extent that i feel am i being selfish! am i never capable of loving someone selflessly!? but i guess these two things are totally different from each other! one should love and RESPECT oneself for others to respect them :)

yes, before we love someone, we have to love ourselves. how can we love someone if we can't respect and love ourselves. it's natural i think to be selfish. because only us who know what really need for us.
