Where do you go , or what do you do if someone is not hiring you because they are racist?

Well. I don't know what particular state you live in, but it would be a matter of going to your state labor board and EEOC. You would of course have to prove you were disciminated against on the basis of race first though.
Did they say something in the interview that lead you to believe it was because of race? You didn't give a lot to go on so it's hard to respond too much just yet. Can you lay the story out a little more so we can give you more thought out opinions and advice?
