I really have not been put in that situation to be honest with you. Of course, it would be hard for me to think what I would do in that situation. That is a tricky one to deal with as far as I am concerned. It is just one of those things that does not lend to bringing itself up in casual conversation. I am more inclined to just ignore it, unless the situation becomes unbearable. Thankfully, I think I can handle a lot. Plus, there is really no polite way to bring that up. Either it comes across rude when it is brought up. Or it comes across in a condescending manner, even if it is done in a nice way. The person with the problem might get offended. Therefore, I think I may just grit my teeth and just go on with my day. Perhaps some other person will bring up the problem. In fact, that's rather likely that may happen.

oh yes ! but im telling it in a " joke " way.... and of course we are in the office alone, so that he/she will not be offended.
