Haven't Americans said we don't think anybody is too big to fail? Why, when they are continuously losing money, $17.2 billion to date, are we even considering giving more? http://abcnews.go.com/Business/gmac-bailout-cost-taxpayers-billions-watchdog/story?id=10069017 On this same page it says The Next Six Bailouts? http://abcnews.go.com/Business/2010-government-bailouts-federal-aid/story?id=9456477 what do you think of all this? Do they really think the American people will stand for this? Do you think this is necessary?

That's some list of too big to fails: Freddie/Fannie; the States, led by California; FHA... Let them fail and then let's reboot the system with a whole new Congress and Administration. Where is the movement on term limits? Maybe it's time to re-energize the movement -- state by state if we must.

And the list only gets better. It looks like a consensus here that we need to vote out all incumbents.

Can we get a consensus on term limits, after we vote in a whole new bunch?

Laglen do you hear that sound, it is Benny's magic printing presses. Right now the best business to be in is the business that supplies material to the treasuries printing press. Imagine how much ink and denim the treasury is going through to keep up with all the spending Congress is spitting out.

I think if the world was not too big to fail (remember the flood?) then nothing is too big to fail. And I believe if our leaders (and I use that term loosely) do not open their eyes, tie their check writing hands behind their backs, and stop bleeding money, our country will not be too big to fail either. Never in my life was I taught, "Honey, if you have used every available cent you have at your discretion, then you should go into the basement and print more money!" In case our leaders don't recognize it, that is called illegal in the normal world. Only they can get away with it because they make their own rules, although we are not allowed to and they live in a fantasy world where only they count and the people they govern are stupid little beasts. May the stupid little beasts knock the crap out of them during the following elections and continue doing so if ANY politician tries to run for more than two terms. Once they go for the third, they forget WHY they went to Washington and think they deserve to be in a lifetime government job. I don't care what party affliliation a person is with, if they have been in Washington more than two terms, VOTE THEM OUT! By the way, we do not have watch dogs in D.C., we have Odie running the printing presses while Garfield stuffs himself with lasagna! Sorry, Odie and Garfield, didn't mean to embarrass you by comparing you to those on Capitol Hill.

I love the watch dog description! I don't care what party affliliation a person is with, if they have been in Washington more than two terms, VOTE THEM OUT! I agree and I hope more and more people think this as well.

Our Vice President summed up their thought process completely, when he said "We have to spend more money to keep from going bankrupt". If you want real change in Washington we have to vote every incumbit out of office, and let the new people know that they will go next if they increase the debt.
