what do you do to live happier?

there are many things that we can do to enjoy our life ,of course ,in order to live happier ,we sometimes do some certain things.i find i will be happier if i sing and dance,and chatting with others also make me happy ,how about you

something I can do to enjoy my life??..that is play a game computer, finish my job, meet with my girlfriend..and many other..
