I don't know what swing will I do to my body to make it feel comfortable. I try every bend I know just to ease the pain of my body. Arm, shoulder, back, every part of it give me pain that can't be fix without making a moving. Sometimes I feel a sonic sound. I don't know what that means but after hearing it my shoulder become numb and eventually flows to my arm right down to my hands. I'm sick and tired of this bending techniques that I'm doing right now. I previous search the web to find out what is the other way to vanish this pain but the problem to me is they don't have any solution. Btw, there are 3 types of scoliosis : mild, moderate and severe . Mine is only mild when I was first check it up last 3 years ago. I don't know now if my body worsen for the last 3 years but I believe it does. If someone has the same problem that I'm dealing it right now, please tell me your story and what solutions you do to make the pain go away or just cure it for some hours. It will be a great help to every person who is dealing this kind of things.

A number of years ago I received massages for back pain from a therapist in Los Angeles, Ca who said he treated patients with scoliosis. He claimed that deep massages 3 to 4 times a week gave his clients long-term relief and even helped to straighten their spine. I do not remember his name. I do remember the technique involved long, intense pressure strokes combined with coordinated deep breathing on the part of the patient. I did not have scoliosis, but I had severe back problems. It helped immensely. Good luck.
