time for slim our body

now the season turn to spring..leave the winter and high weight!hah.. how much your weight recently?all my life,48kg is the maintain,but it increase when winter.now i have to lift it down..i go to gym every weekend.but what you do to your body??

motivation! i just had a baby 3 weeks ago so i'm ready to lose a few pounds During my pregnancy I was hungry all the time and only for junk food, I weigh about 15 more pounds now than before I got pregnant. The best way to lose weight is buy a lot of healthy fruit that you like - grapes, strawberries, apples, cantelope for snacks and stay away from the junkfood aisles so you can't get tempted to buy and cleaning the house - vacuuming and mopping are easy ways to work out around the house for people that hate to work out.
