Is Morning walk good or Jogging?if both till what time should be done?

lotters,how many of you go for a morning walk everyday?and how many kilometers,or hours one should do for body overall?

I not go for morning walk because morning time dont like to leave the bed at early time feel laziness. No Jogging no walking only talking in morning time hehe....

hi, Talking and laughing is also a good exercise for face so don't worry. I think you dont need any exercise as you are already slim.

Hhehe...you both are right parshu and ashok my friend both exercise is necessary one for face and second for body. But I will try only one because for second I feel lazy...

Talking or laughing are good exercise for face. but, morning or evening walk is the exercise of entire body. It rejuvenate cells of your body, gives strength to your all muscles.

I don't actually have a morning or any other kind of scheduled daily walk, but I do try to walk whenever I can. I'm one of those that park at the far end of a parking lot and walk the long way to the store. I love hiking, and do that as much as possible. Any kind of walking, no matter how far or how long, is beneficial to your health. Of course, the more you walk, the greater the benefits.

I like walking but not in the morning. I like it in the evening as we will not be in any hurry . Morning times there will be lot of hurries about time going office ,school and colleges .

Both Morning walk and jogging are equally good. If you are walking you must walk for at least 4 to 5 kms. & jogging then 2 to 3 km. I go to morning walk everyday for 5 km . Because of which I am fit. I do not have to incur single pie on medicine.
