IPL opening Match

If you watched the Opening match between the Deccan Chargers & the Kolkata Knight Riders... The Knight Rider scored a decent 161 after a great recovery, but how did the chargers lose??? After the first 8 Overs they were cruising to victory at almost 11 an over & only lost 1 wicket. how did they manage to lose???
