Do you ever get a craving for a smoke?

I only smoked for about a few months when I was a teenager but I still get this craving and urge when ever I see someon smoking and Im just in that mood, you know? I get by without needing to have a cigarette but thatthought and need concerns me sometmes as to why I feel so insecure that I want a smoke,

I was a smoker before. I usually tend to get that craving that you have after withdrawing from smoking. In my case, I just tried to look onto the good side of not smoking. It could help when you know whats in front of you.

no not at all. i do not smoke at all. smoking is bad for your health.smoking is really not for me.
