How smowtion acts?

smowtion allows autosurf? how it acts? Is it a good way for online earning specially for blogger? Please help

I have had it on my site. Althought they have epic banners, they don't count all impressions and are really paying low. Their payout minimum is 100$, which most of publishers can't reach thanks to their "slow motion paying" earnings.
