Bad sellers

I really hate it when you buy something from a seller and they end up not shipping the item to you. For me this happened about a week ago. I paid, and waited for about a month. Throughout that month I emailed him a few times and he never responded. Finally, I decided I wanted to give him negative feedback but I went to his page I found out he deleted his account. Luckily what I purchased was only a few dollars. Has anyone else ever encountered these kinds of irresponsible sellers? What's your story behind it?

You need to open an Item Not Received report through eBay and they will then take action on your behalf. However, because this creep has closed his account it may not be possible on this occasion. Fortunately this type of seller is not the normal on eBay and I'm sorry you were unlucky to find one this time.

This has never happened for me and my heart truly goes out tio you. Ive had companies not send me an order when I bought it and they returned my money just fine. I sugegst you contact the seller and if no respose or the wrong response comes contact EBay and they'll take care of everythign for you. Even if it is just a few dollars, dont take that! Happy mylotting and good luck. :)

Hello! I am really sorry that this happened to you! It is very important to check the feedback of the seller, if he has less than 99.8 % then it's better not to buy anything from that seller!!!Be careful there are lots of bad people around in internet! To me nothing like that has happened. Happy mylotting!

I have encountered the same situation before and the item is not cheap. What makes me really mad is that the seller did not deliver my item but still replying to my emails. Luckily i got a full refund from Paypal. Happy mylotting!!!

There are some ways ebay can help you and taht you can leave feedback to help the next potential victim. Sorry for your experience, but tahnks for this discussion and your thoughts.

Hi, Fortunatly this is never happened to me. But you know you can open a dispute and you will be refunded! No matter how big or small the payment, don't let him get away with it. File a dispute, get your money back, and he will be banned from Ebay so he can't do it to anyone else for more than a few dollars! Lee.

I will star a claim so I will not be out my money. I am having an issue where the address is not shippable and PayPal, eBay won't do a thing to protect me from a possible negative because of the freedom of speech act. I could not believe it they are citing the first amendment. The address, email, and cities do not match records on their account and these two places know it. I think it wrong that the seller cannot start a dispute in resolution section after the buyer has paid when they cannot ship them item when their department won't allow you. I now have to pay extra to go to the post office and pay for confirmation of an attempted delivery to an address that the post office says it does not exist and risk negative feedback on something beyond my control. Figure that logic? I am still mad even after they documented everything. They cannot protect negative feedback on this at all. So i understand your dilemma.

I did received a faulty product before but luckily the seller is willing to refund the money. What you can do now with your case is to report to the ebay dispute centre and paypal(if you pay using that method). Good luck!
