Are there any PTC sites that do not require you to pay any start-up fees?? I'm really interested in finding more money-making site and any input will be appreciated. Thank you!

I have never had to pay a start up fee....I think if one asked me to do that. I would run very fast in the opposite direction.

Lol, me too. I immediately close the site when they start asking for start up. Choose the ones that are free. You should be the one earning from them and not the other way around hehe
