Why R unattractive ppl given unfriendly treatment?

Why in this world are the unattractive people given unfriendly gestures, stares, or treatments to others. It's the reality, a good looking person will survive and have more success than an unattractive person with same ability. If a good looking person was applying for a job at the same time an unattractive one was obviously there going to have a more warm vibe goign with the prettier person. It SUCKS. It's true cause people in this world have it set in their mind that a good looking person is "nice", "charming" and mkaes u feel happy. Which somtime's can be true but people should not give the wrong treatments to the person who doesnt look good or looks different. It is so wrong and i want to tell the world that this should not be an issue since there is more things in this world to care about then appearance.
