Missed calls again and again!what to do?

what its so irritating that somebody gives you missed calls how do you react if its call of very important person!do you give back the call or let the person ring again and again?

Missed calls means Very Ideate not very important person. I usually call back to the number and told him or her that Hello! I m Mr. Gibson(or something) from police station, can I come to know your name Mr.? or this is fire-brigade station and who is this ideate one giving missed calls? And no second method when the person not responding to your call is Report to police station. Don't ask man! I have suffered a lot with this system. And now I am expert and enjoying my tricks. I also able to make the persons (missed callers) change his nos. Hip Hip Hu..r..r..y!

true,when,you get missed calls u are irritated and feel like giving back that why you are giving missed call,or dont give them back!
