In my case, the answer would be yes and no! Yes, when my son is in school! I will teach him about all online stuff and I will let him earn his stuff from 10 years of age to about 24 years. Then, I will ask him to go for a professional job and keep the online job as a part time as any father will not want to see his son earning few cents a day! How about ya?

Yes I will teach my kids how to earn online if I ever get the chance to bring another life into this world. Online earning holds plenty of great earning opportunities especially for younger people that may have a hard time finding a job due to their young age. There are plenty of fun sites that pay you out there and it could help your child have more money for the future. If it was something they were interested in I would teach them about it but if not then I would push the issue.

If they show interest in online earning, I am ready to help them. But my children are not interested in earning online.

Of course, it is a good idea... Teach the young buds to make their own money, it is a good idea... I'll also do that! I think we should make it a point to tell them all the time that earning online is only part-time work and they must go out and make a good career in their fields of interest. I mean, the picture would be horrible, if everyone got glued to the computers all the time, for earning. People must go out and be in the real world too. Meet real friends too. Maintaining a balance between online life and real life, is necessary for the health of people and the society... Nice topic! Have fun!

Actually, I never thought about it. I think I will teach my children to make extra money online. I want to be "rich dad" who teach their children to earn money. You know, they never learn how to make money is school even in business school. Of course they shouldn't forget to study. I want to tell them that make extra money is just for free time. They have to success in study while they know how to make money and they realize that make money is not easy.

I certainly WOULDN'T. I must admit earning online isn't something to be proud about. It isn't a good way to earn either. I wouldn't risk my kids having to rely entirely on the internet to earn. If they get exposed to earning from the internet early, they might get complacent and rely on the web to earn. If I get kids, I wouldn't push them to start earning on their own on such a young age either. Instead, I think it's best to instill in them the value of money. I think it's better for my kids too to spend more time in school or finding a real job than just bumming around in front of the PC. I must admit, I try to earn as much extra cash as I can from the internet because I'm a fresh grad, trying to look for a decent job and trying to convert my unproductive time into SPARE cash. But it's nothing permanent and nothing to be proud about.

Personally i dont think its wise to teach them how to earn money through the net. First they might end up looking at those pretty bad sites in the net or worse they will lose interest with their studies because their earning already i believe its better if you just teach your kids how to be responsible enough for themselves but if they are old enough might as well teach them how to earn may it be online or by selling something its your call ;)

I have taught my oldest(who will be 18 next month). I began venturing off into making money online about 3.5 to 4 years ago. She thought I was a little nuts at first, until she saw me get actual checks and paypal deposits. This was a great topic. With the way the economy and society is, it's important to teach our children other ways to make legitimate income.

I don't have a child and I think I would never have. LOL. but when the time comes that i am stable enough to adopt a child, i would teach him/her how to make some money online. of course, there would be limitations. he/she can just do the online thingy when there's nothing to do in school or during weekends perhaps.. i will guide him/her of course... however, i'll always remind him/her that online jobs are not stable... he/she needs to find a stable job after graduating from college..

No, i would not. First kids need to focus on studies and computer for me is only for assignments and project. It is not good for kids at this age to be exposed to computers because of radiation that somehow might take effect on their reproductive organ and not only would poor their eyesight. I may introduce means and ways like how to save money and knowledgeable about business but not on online. I never had this on my mind for my future kids. If there is something I want them to be focus on, it would be on God and their relationship to us as parents.

I think i do will teach my boy about how to gain benefits on the internet financially... That's better than just let my boy searching useless stuff/things that could be impact a negative influence from the internet...

Umm, Actually I don't know yet LOL. I think it depends on whether she's interest or not. I will tell her, but I won't encourage her to earn money all by herself. Her main duty is to study, not earning money, because that is our obligation as parents. I will let her to post writings online to get some feed backs, but I'd tell her it's only for the sake of writing, not the money.

As far as I am concerned, I have not have a son or a daughter yet. But if I have one, I think I still do not want to teach him or her how to make the online money. For me , I think they so young to make money online, the duty that they need to be best is just try their best to study hard ,in cae they can struggle to stand on the society.

Of course I would. My daughter who just turned 13 is extremely talented. She creates a lot of online artwork for her friends. I am thinking of adding a page to my website, so she can showcase her work

Yes. I would encourage my children to be resourceful and responsible by making extra online. I would emphasize thought that it's only on the side, just to help them save money for their themselves and buy what they want. But I would of course let them understand that getting good quality education is important so they can have a good career.

HI, It is a good thing to teach a Child how to earn their own money... but online??? dont you think it is too early to get online and do the work? lolz... For my own, I dont want them to get online and work yet cuz Online job is good but they might be something else that attract them... There are many ways that kids can earn without going online... well, My children are still 5 and under so I dont want to think about online thing for them yet. However, before you let him do that... you should look for some website that can keep tracking on what your son do online. Hope it helps
