How others see you is one of the most often idea that a person is thinking. Are you one of those people who always thinks of what others think of him or her? Does this thought encourages you and lifts you up or pulls you down? what will you do to minimize this king of thought? Do you like to entertain it or not?

I'm a person who is really conscious about myself in public because I am taller than many and I am thin. I feel embarrassed and insecure thinking that many people can easily spot me and judge me in a crowd. I have striking features that makes me more noticeable and which gives me more reason to be really shy. I have develop this shyness since I was in my elementary school days and have turn this into a behavior, more like a disease. Now, though, I'm trying to not mind it anymore and just don't bother to much with what anyone might think of as to how I look. I just make it a point that I'd be not remembered seen doing anything wrong.

I do think about what otehrs think about me but not obsessivly and not all the time. What I think of myself and what I know is true is extremely important to me. And I hate to admit this, but sometimes my personal outlook on myself is effected by what others say andhpw they actb around me. Although, i try very hard to keep what others think of me alter anything.
