How Is Your Health?

I've been on this health kick for about two years or more. I want to get healthy. So I changed my diet. I started to eat more fiber and drink more water. I try to stay away from candy,chips,pop,and any foods with a lot of sodium. I started using sea salt its better for you..also apple cider vinegar is good for burning fat calories. and so is cheyenne pepper if I spelled that wrong sorry. And ginger is a fat burner..I started a exercies routine every morning.. I started eating lots of oranges and yogurts. chicken salad with itialian dressing and I'm trying to write it down daily my food and drink intake. Question: What do you do that is healthy and what is in your diet? Some good tips would be appreciated.
