how can you lose weight?

i gain weight and i want to lose it because i can't wear my other clothes now..

You want lose a pound in a short period? or want to have keep a dieting gradually? If its an urgent situation for example you want to lose a pound for the sake of party that you want to lose a pound for a new gown,or you want to lose the pound gradually or slowly?There are two types of remedy for that? First if you want to lose a pound in just a short period, try a vegetable diet or a watermelon diet(further details is available if needed).If you want to keep dieting to lose a pound slowly then do some work out and some kind of diet process(also available for details.) I have personally lost over 50 pounds and 30 inches using Herbalife. I recommend it to everyone but it is a lifestyle change.

I can say with authority that if you skip your dinner and eat a light meal earlier in the day say before 6 in the evening you will definitely lose weight because I tried it. Also more of proteins and less of carbohydrates will also do the trick.

well, there are many ways to lose weight- doing exercises, diets, eating more citrus fruits and many others, but I have never accepted diets, because no matter what they are, they are never healthy for the organism. I prefer eating normal and doing many exercises every day, if i want to lose some weight, then doing some unhealthy diets!
