Of course, it is more convenient to buy it in the store ready-made, do not have to buy fruits, clean them, squeeze them, you just buy it,and you can drink it, but is as healthy? Natural fruit juice is a good source of vitamins and minerals, being particularly good health. Consumption of at least one glass of fruit juice a day keep the doctor away. But in the trade so-called natural juices are quite processed that vitamins and minerals is in much lower quantities, but instead contain flavorings and sugar to give them a better taste, and preservatives. Whatever the label, must know that the juice can not stand more than one days, maximum 2.3 if kept in a refrigerator at an optimal temperature. On Natural valability trade term is often much higher. Why is it? And the amount of carbohydrates is far too high compared to freshly prepared juice. You do your juice in the house, every day, or simply buy it in stores?

I like to make my own juice at home that way I know what is in it. I was smoker until 10 year ago and since I have quit smoking I am real sensitive to some of the tastes of the store bought juices. I have an electric juicer and it juices the peel of the fruit so that you get all the vitamins and minerals. The juices that you get from the store do not taste near as good as then one you squeeze yourself.

If we don t learn again to go back to origins, to eat as simple and as natural to learn that what is at hand made us is more healthier, we will have a generation of sick people , and our children will be same

I absoluely prefer to make my own and do not buy them ready-made. They contain things that I am not sure about so I would rather have the real thing. I buy fruit purposely to make my own and I can mix and match them too. They are much healthier than those in the shops. I am also allergic to something that is found on the inside of tetra-pack cartons so I have to avoid them completely. A few bottles of juices in glass bottles would be heavier to carry home when shopping so all that added to the fact that what exactly is inside them is dubious makes me avoid them 100%.

Gosh you have added so much more information there! If they are so full of all these nasty things it makes me wonder why they are allowed to be produced and sold for consumption - but then that is the case with many other things nowadays too. Once upon a time we were healthy when we prepared everything at home. Now progress has ruined many things, including our health

Scientists claim that these juices can generate because of the high content of chemicals, cancer, heart disease or lung. Moreover, fruit juices containing an amount of 2.5 times more antimony than does the European legislation for drinking water. Researchers indicate that in some cases, toxic level is 10 times higher. Experts believe that this chemical reaches the juice because of plastic used in bottling. I prefer to make my own juice too, maybe is more harder , but is safe.

i prefer making homemade juice, the problem is it's not cost effective at all, when i do buy store bought juice i only buy the v8 juices and then the lite bottles unless its the straight tomato v8 juice the rest are packed full of sugar.

If I had a juicer I would definitely make my own juice. The problem with store bought juices is, like you said, you do not know what they have put into it, nor do you know what has been taken out of it like vitamins and minerals. You also do not know how well the fruit was rinsed (or if it was at all)or if the fruit was in good condition when it was juiced. I like the juices that you can make yourself. When I had a juicer I would make a juice with carrot, apple, celery, lemon and ginger. It was so refreshing and would really fill me up. The juices you buy at the supermarket are pretty boring to be honest. Good, but boring. With a juicer you can be as creative as you want and make different combinations depending on your mood or vitamin requirements.

Ive never made my own juice at home but I do make my own smoothies. When I buy fruit juice from the shop I make sure I get the kind which is "not from concentrate" as this juice is more natural and betetr for you.

I like homemade juice better, it taste better than the one on the store, If I feel bored I can mix many kind of fruit to make new taste juice. Fruit has amazing taste if you mix with others like vegetable, yogurt, and milk. Recently I made juice from tomato and carrot, I think the taste will be worse but it turn out delicious and refreshing. I usually put a lot kind fruit and vegetable in fridge every time I want to make juice I only have to put it on juicer and wallah here come the fresh juice!

I love fresh squeezed orange juice, but the problem is that I do not have a juicer and my hands are not that strong, so it hard for me to get fresh squeezed orange juice. I usually buy it from the store because I do not have any other way of getting it.

Everything is made at home is 100 times more healthy, if you buy fruit directly from manufacturers and even can drink a healthy fruit juice

I like drinking fruit juice. I normally blend the fruits together with ice. :) Sometimes I go to the stores and buy them too because it's much more convenient. :)

i like eating fruits rather than making a fruit juice out of them. but given that in my house we have a fruit squeezer its easy for us to just buy some fruits and have fruit juice at home. i don't like drinking fruit juices from bottles or in powder form as theres a lot a of sugar content in it and its not the "real" thing anymore.

I think that making homemade fruit juice is better than the one from the supermarket. The people in our house don't have time to make one, that is why we stick with buying from the supermarket....

I deffenitly prefer home made juice but I make it very rare. I prefer to not drink any juice than to drink a juice from the market. I think it's rather unhealthy. There's too much chemistry in it. I don't give it to my kid too. Of course is not that I don't drink such juice at all, but I do it very rare.

I opt to drink homemade fruit juices than buy commercially made juices in the market. I juices we do at home are 100% safe and pure.

I do enjoy the fruits juices that I make from squeezing the juices from the real fruits that I buy from the stores. I think it just tastes better for me and they taste better because I know that I made it and not a machine processing it for me. Plus I think the fruit juices that I buy in a can maybe have chemicals in it to make it last longer on the shelf so it may not be too healthy for me.

I take the time to do my juices myself. I use to have a juicer and I would always pass by the public market to get fruits to be juiced. I even surfed the net to find out delicious and healthy combinations. Unfortunately the typhoon washed away my juicer. These days, I squeeze oranges or ponkan in the morning with a plastic juicer. The flavor is rich and it is very healthy.

As far as I am concerned, I think I prefer to have the juice that comes from the supermarket so much. For I think it is so delicous just like made at home. The second reason is that it is conveniet to just buy it at the market, which save a lot of energy to make it ourselves. We still can get a lot of fun from it . Have a nice day.

For me, it really is a LOT easier to just buy juice from the store, but I do know that there is a huuuuge diference in nutritional content compared to home-made juice. Store-bought juice not only contains preservatives and stuff, there's tons of sugar added.

Buying from the store is convenient, but I believe making your own juice is healthier as you know what it's made of, and normally, you won't have tons of artificial flavorings and stuff in your kitchen to add to the juice.
