is anyone else computer illiterate

I am 40 years old. But I just wanted to know if anyone else feels completely computer illiterate. I mean, I go to my 13 year old daughter for advice. But when I am on websites and they say, you need to clear your cookies. I have no idea what that means. And that is just one small example that I have no idea what is going on with computers.
