how to boost my metabolism?

Metabolism is the conversion of food to energy. Boosting my metabolism can burn more calories and lose weight easier. Aside from exercising and drinking lots of water, what are the other ways to increase my metabolism to lose weight? Thanks in advance for people who will respond.

Hi my partner! First of all its an honor to be here again. Your topics seems to be familiar. My patient last time asked that thing and since she is bedridden she can't exercise. The doctors recommend what we call as "hormone therapy". The hormone responsible mainly for metabolism is the thyroid hormone. A person with decrease thyroid hormone is said to have poor metabolism on the other hand, person with high level of thyroid hormone increases Metabolism. That's why in order for someone who wants to increase his/her metabolism, the hormone therapy is advised. But please contact your physician first. Some patients may feel uncomfortable and sometimes produce complications. I hope this helped you my friend!

I think you have to surf on the sea, swimming, jogging. Also you have to eat after six so that it will burn more easily.
