I havenot heard anything negative about them. However, if you live in an area where your internet is constantly going out, Vonage would not work well for you. Plus, Vonage is not available in all areas.

i was interested in it for its low prices. so i looked into it. it says you have to wait 20 days MINIMUM for your phone number to be switched over to their provider. in the meantime, they'd give you a differnet phone number. this would not work for me so i decided against it.
