what is the meaning of globe beside some ads in neobux??

i am a member of neobux since last 3 months...today i have got an ad to click there an as bonus which had a globe beside the ad...i don't understand what really the globe stands for??is this a extended ad or just a normal ad??if this is an extended ad then why i have got paid only $0.01 instead of $0.015??BTW i am a standard member yet......
