is anyone having the same kind of problem with your lcd tv ?

we had purchased a new lcd tv a few months ago, but we are finding a problem in that. always there is a sound problem, whenever we switch off the tv and on it back i am finding there is no sound and again i have to switch it off for a longtime and then on it again to get the sound back. is anyone here finding the same kind of problem and what solution did you find it?
