what food do you eat when you try to lose some weight?

Hi guys What food do you eat when you try to take off a few pounds off for the summer. I know I try to do some sports but I tend to keep a busy schedule and I do not have so much spare time so I was wondering if you could share some diet tips :) I personally believe in coffee and tea and fruits what do you use? :) Share your thoughts on the matter :)

Fruit yes, coffee and tea, no. You need to replace these caffine drinks with water and only water. Try to fit in some extra proteins in the form of lean meat such as chicken and fish. You could also reduce the amount of carbs you eat too or replace you regular white pasta, bread and rice with wholemeal versions.
