Hello everyone. I have a cat named Trudy,a cotton black tender and affectionate!
For work reasons I moved to another city and I could not take it with me.I'm out all day and would be a torture for its who is accustomed to free running in the garden to be locked in four walls!
I was willing to buy another cat to do so accustomed since childhood to live in the house ... But I'm afraid that its suffer too much without freedom.
What do you think?

A few years ago I lived in a second floor flat and had a cat called Bast. He was very much an indoor cat, used his litter tray and loved sitting in the window watching the world go by. He was never all that keen on going outside, I did take him out on a harness a few times but he was much happier indoors, usually sleeping on my bed or on the sheepskin rug. Cats who are brought up indoors are quite happy to stay in the warm and the dry.

Thanks a lot, I read what my fears are unfounded!As soon as I think I'll bring Trudy live with me .. maybe buy its a mate!

MIne are also indoor cats. Although they ( i got 3 ) will sneak out sometimes when the door is opened, they can not go far, they'd run up and down the stairs, bec there is still the entrance door which is always close. One disadvantage of my cats, they think no other but to eat! :-)

All my cats are inside cats, while I do have the luxury of a porch for them to go out on, some never do.
Its far better and safer for them to be inside only, and if you want one just be sure to provide plenty of entertainment for her/him and they will adjust just fine.

I Don't Think So,Carmen...The Cats & Dogs Wants To Be With The Persons Who Love!!!So They Don't Care If Will Be On Closed House,Without Gardens!!!But We Cats Or Dogs Lovers Must Have a Little Time To Them,To Play With Them Or Walk With Them...They Needed Us,Like We Needed Them True Love!!!

hello there, hope you are having a great day.
Cat's are really indoor animals and it's best for them to stay indoor, so leaving them inside the house all day is not a problem at all. We keep our cats indoors all day and just provide toys for them, litter box as well.
you should do the same too, they are not like dogs that needs walks and play time.
