What's wrong to my laptop?

hi mylotters, i got new laptop. before i use this laptop, i used acer. now i'm using HP mini 1000 and using windows xp home service pack 3. the problem is why i can't install DKU-5 data cable, i use nokia 6585 as a modem. why it's difficult? is it because of it using windows xp home SP3? because when i install it on my acer, it's so easy. i have searched on google too and tried to install many drivers from it, but still not helping me at all. is there anyone can help me? Oh one more thing, is there bluetooth on HP Mini 1000? because i can't find it but there's a icon of bluetooth on screen. Thanks for helping me mylotters. Your respond will be helpful for me.

hm, i get the same problems for you when connect but not in my laptop but in my modem i think but i never care because i get the biggest problems than my laptop problems. my suggestion maybe you must check in the shop when you buy this laptop.

LOL, i didn't buy this laptop adhy. first i didn't buy my acer, now i used HP, from my friend. he change my old laptop.

I think your LapTop have some problem, I have a good idean about this, I feel you must buy other LapTop with different name. You can try this? or very expensive at your country?

hmm, i don't think i'll buy other, because this laptop is new one. my friend gave it to me. and it impossible to change it. he will sad if i change this laptop with new one.

I think you must get help from expert to fix that problem but you can try with reinstall you window

hm... it difficult because of i have to install original version, and i think it too expensive for me kibagus.
