French Toast a New Way

I want to try to eat healthier in my life and eating none dry breakfasts (such as ceral) is the healiest way to do breakfast. And I love french tost and I know its healthy since its whole wheat bread and eggs (and a dash of vanilla). I know syrup isnt all that healthy for me because of the sugar cntent and such, whats an alternative way to eat french toast thats not plain or gross? And/or do you have any more breakfast recipes that are healthy and great to start the day but wont take up to much time in my morning?

French toast is easy and yummy ^^ lol Well, rye is healthier than wheat and white. You could try using the whites of eggs. I know people who use butter or condensed milk rather than syrup. :)

French Toast is the part of meal of my boyfriend. He really love to have it milk, melt butter, eggs and some sugar, cinnamon and vanilla syrup. All you have to do is just put all the ingredients and mix it. Thats how easy it is.

i love french toast. I use a can of evaporated milk in place of regualr milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and eggs. it's so delicious..but not at all healty unfortunately!
