I was just drinking tea today. I used to have it with milk and sugar earlier but since my doctor has recently advised against it due to some reason, and i can't do without my afternoon tea so i have it without milk and sugar. In the beginning i didn't like it much and still don't find it tasty. But after some time i realised it does not matter that i don't like it much it still satisfies me. That made me think about the fact that i am addicted to talking to someone before i sleep since the time i started having relationships and now i cant sleep if i don't talk to someone before i sleep!! What kind of things have you got addicted to other than smoking, drinking and drugs (or other things classified as "addictive")?

I'm definitely addicted to chocolate and shopping! I don't feel my day is complete unless I've had chocolate 3 separate chocolate "fixes" a day (3 bars of chocolate straight after each other is 1 "fix" even though I've had 3 bars but having Coco Pops for breakfast, Nuttella sandwiches for lunch and a few bars of chocolate as a snack is 3 "fixes"). I'm a spendaholic too and have to "research" (every day) things that I'm going to buy next time I can afford it. I've already decided on a Smartphone from The Link at £180 and a laptop from Ebuyer at £680 but I'm still researching both of those in case I can find a better "deal"!

wow!!! That's some major addiction!!!! :O Shouldn't that much sweet be bad for you?? A friend of mine is also addicted to chocolate. I remember she had to visit her dentist due to that and probably got one of her tooth taken out too. :| I do that shopping research too be the way, but only for things i actually need. Its not a compulsion.

*nodding* I've lost 2 teeth because of my chocolate addiction but even that hasn't stopped me!! Amazon.co.uk is my friend with shopping... I can add things I want to my wishlist then buy them when I can afford them! My brain seems to accept that adding to my wishlist is buying as well as actually handing over the money to get what I want!

Well, I sometimes have addiction for popcorn. Then, I sometimes feel addicted to some TV programs. However, these are not too mad kind of addictions, and are within a limit.
