how many minutes of cardio do u need?

how often do u do cardio? Do you think we need to do cardio everyday ? I do cardio all days between 25- 40 minutes or depends if i want to jog more kilometers, many people or 99.8% we need to do cardio for keep our good health. What do you think ?

Most of the articles I have read online about the topic recommend about at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday. It doesn't matter how, just long as you get your heart pumping fast for 30 minutes each day. I used to jog up and down the first 10 floors of our building in the morning to get my cardio fix. Sadly can't find the time to do that now. I do 1 hr tae-bo at least 3x a week to get my heart and muscles pumping.

yeh just try to walk 30 minutes , if u dont have time, walk is rreally good, it is like a cardio. yes 30 minutes of cardio is really good for everyone!

I do cardio about 5-6 times a week for an hour at a time. I also do weight training 2 days a week for an hour each. I was successfully loosing weight before I started working out by eliminating some bad eating habits but the weight loss was slow. I started working out 5-6 days my weight loss has been much faster. My arms and legs are toned and I think they look hot. I feel so much better and life is so much easier. I am so thankful. I know I am healthier now then ever.

I do cardio many hours per day too, is the best to keep fit , i think. You eliminate many toxins . And i lift weights too so thats is the best exercise for my heart and my bones.
