being scold and blame out of blue??

hello,i'm new in town.have you been scold and blame out of blue?how do you feel?well,it happen to me and i so fuss with it.let me tel you how it began.i had finish my work and present it to my boss for calculation.our company has a rule,before passing the finishing work to the boss we must present our basic measurement and drawing.of cause i had done that.i afraid the boss did not see the drawing carefully.i photocopy another copy in black & white just to spec in detail. it's noon time,my client had came.my boss did help me with the presentation.the client was not satisfy with the drawing so my boss admin the drawing by sketching it on the sport.before that,the client was saying to my boss "I WANT TO REMAIN THE DESIGN "well he ans "OKAY".after the drawing and quotation had been admin,the client agree with the drawing.she wanted to made another appointment second time to show it to his husband. it's evening and here come the couple and the trouble.they were very happy with all the this.then the husband wanted to confirm and asked."THE QUOTATION YOU GIVEN US DO INCLUDE THE GLASSES,RITE?"i'm no sure about that so i called my boss.he said "NO".i was WHAT??!!after telling the client,they were very disappointed with it.i phone my boss again do tell him d situation.GUESS WHAT??!!he start shouting and blaming at me.he said i did not gave him the detail,i did not tell him,i did not remind him.i was so so so mad you know..i was WHAT THE HELL??i purposely waste my time to photocopy another copy just to spec for him in case he forgot.i really had no idea how to describe my feeling. how do you think if it's happen to you??
