Help alternative fuels with legislation.

I want technology companies that innovate to get helped in bringing their technologies to market. That would mean letting them know they can get help by from the mainstream by pushing this idea from Tombstones Not Textbooks. That would be to legislate pumps at the gas stations so that other companies than the big oil companies can use them. that means if your car runs on natural gas, sugar, corn, hydrogen or cooking grease you should be able to use the current stations to fill your car up. Yes, from Tombstones Not Textbooks not from Greenpeace or Suzuki foundations which will probably pirate the idea and fill their own pockets clamouring to have it done.
