If you're thinking about getting a masters, do it now, before you start work. That's the easiest way. That's the way I did it, and I'm glad I did. I have several friends who started work and then went back to school during the night. It took them forever and it was hard with work, school, home... Hope this helps.

I also was a research and teaching assistant while getting my masters, but I don't consider that work (40+ hours a week).

Oh, thank you. I'm actually thinking of having a work after, hahaha, though my father insisted that I'll have my master. Is it better if you have masters? (Well, of course right? Thats a stupid question of me). Is it hard doing both? Is being a faculty at the university while studying masters difficult?

Having a masters, in my opinion, is a whole lot better than just having a bachelors. It opens that many more doors... Well, it did for me. It wasn't difficult at all getting a masters and working at the university. I still had time to study, party, work, go to school, party, study, etc. I'm glad your father is insisting on a masters...I think he's right.
