It is the other way round.

yes I agree with you. success does not necessarily bring happiness. many successful people of his life was not happy, because they can not do what they liked better. success in their work keeps them busy at work, so can not do things that make happy. happiness is very difficult to get, despite having a job, and a lot of money.
