Anyone with CTS?

Hi guys,
how are ya all?! well I'm having such a blast here in mylot. I love reading the responses to the discussions and ;earning new things. This is in fact a very informative and helpful community. But I gotta sign out early tonight and it seems like I have to postpone on rating the best response to my 2 posts. My carpal tunnel syndrome is just killing me, I gotta go slow. Carpal tunnel syndrome usually affects people who works prolonged hours in front of the pc, unfortunately for me for the past 3 years that's what my job required of me. I guess it's pay back time eh? Anyone here who has cts? hope not... but if you do could you please share your treatment regimen? maybe mine is not working well for me.

Not Good idea to be here too much until it has time to relax and swelling to subside. I am lucky I am able to control the pain and swelling with wrists splints but before the Dr told me to try them I had to take off work from time to time.

Yes, I think I should get the splints already. I have not been able to log in for 2 days coz I have to rest. Do you take any kind of medication? I take lyrica but I just take it when it's really painful.

I would strongly suggest to refrain yourself from using the PC. so it won't aggravate your cts.
