as i have come to know that i3 again has only two processors in a single core and 4 threads which has an advantage over core2duo. but are they better than quad core. or which is the processor in new series are better than that and what is the reason behind this.

I think there is difference between quad core and i3 is chips and Ic's which is integrated in i3 processor.. which is more powerful than quad core.. and processor is the main part of any computer systems which is handled processing power of systems.. and now up to i7 processor are available in market.. but unfortunately i7 is not available in India.. because it is too costly.. so yet it is not launch in India.. but soon it will available in our Indian market.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always..

Thanks for the precious response my dear friend. but you are not correct at all. quad core processor is still faster than the i3 and i5. but i7 i better than that. and all type of machines are available in india. you have to just order them or you can choose any machine at any good showroom.

i really dont understand very well what you're asking but i7 is the most powerful processor available right now. for example they can handle triple channel memory. why dont you go to tomshardware.com and see the cpu charts? this site is not exactly the best but they do have an extensive list of cpus in a single chart
