Is it ok to say"bless you" to someone who sneezes and do you say it?

Of course. the reason behind saying "bless you" to a person who sneezes is because when a person sneezes his heart stops. I generally sneeze about 7 - 8 times a day and I sneeze about 4 times at each time. So my friends wait till im finished and then say bless you. I just sneezed 3 times when writing this :p

When my friend does sneeze,it will be 5 times in a row and I usually just wait until she is finished then say "bless you 5 times"
