What is a use of a sim card slot in the laptop / myLot

i have a sim card option in the laptop and they have mentioned as i can use this to get the services of the provider on my laptop. so what kind and which type of services. and what kind of simcard i can use here. they can be GSM or CDMA.

I think the use of Sim card.. the slot are mentioned in Laptop.. and you can take backup of your Sim Card on to your Laptop.. if you have a Sim slot on your laptop.. i think.. this is a new facility provided by company.. and it is very useful for you to use of your Sim card.. have a nice day and keep mylotting always..

thank for your precious response. but as far as i know i think that is here to use the services of the internet and gprs provided by the company.
