Hi friends ,i am decide to make a website developing company.But i was a new comer in this fields so not much experience.I need advice,that from where we can find good
projects.which are the best steps or ways to enter this business?

i think it is not very easy to start a company even if you have decided you must take some experience then you should start.
but whatever if you are looking for some online website to get project then there are some i can suggest but it is not easy even there to get any project as there are thousands of project and developers both.

you must learn basic web making so that you know what they do. but its good to have an company like that.. wish you will recrute me as one of the developers darkmoon. you must learn IT ethics too.

if you are looking for free java projects along with the complete documents than you should refer the link engineeringresources is is the database of engineering which includes project from each and every language like networking,java,.net,c.I guess u name a language and they have it along with complete documentation.Its worth a try
