In my opinion, I prefer to eat meat more than vegetable, because I think meat can give you more power and you will have energy to do your activity in your daily life. If you are eating only meat without vegetabe, you might not feel good enough, because your body needs to have both meat and vegetable. however, if I have to choose between meat and vegetable, I rather choose meat.

beef is expensive here so i'm not getting it much. been a lot on the sausages, and veggies. makes my son eat them to with out to many complaints. if anything i'd suggest eating less at meal times, that's all i've done to lose weight. along with excerise.

If you are a health concerned person then its better to opt for vegetables. Meat or other non vegetarian dishes are not a good option in that regard.I like chicken dishes but I am not a big fan of meat dishes and I take those dishes ones or twice in a week..I like eating foods, even the spicy ones, keeping my health in mind always. I love taking salads to and I really cannot live without salads.

I prefer both meat and vegetables, in order to have a balanced diet. However, lately I've been reading a lot on vegetarianism, and after considering the benefits and the ethical side of being a vegetarian, I am now contemplating to gradually change to a vegetarian diet.

i prefer both. meat gives protein and other minerals.Vegetables gives vitamins, fibers and dietary minerals. In provinces, they eat a lot of vegetables and fish meat.they live a healthy lifestyle because they eat balance.

I am not a big meat eater, so i guess i would have to choose vegetables. I don't like steaks, or that kind of meat, but i do LOVE cheeseburgers and chicken, and fish. I am just not much of a steak eater. I like vegetables, but again veggies are not one of my favorite foods either, i prefer fruits to vegetables.

I love meat. Beef especially. It's so hard to keep it in moderation, it's just way too tasty! I do eat some veggies, but they just don't taste nearly as good (they don't taste bad, but they simply aren't savory and delicious) and aren't remotely as satisfying because of it. I know I should eat less meat and more veggies, but I don't eat just to provide my body fuel, I also eat because I really enjoy it, and the yummier the better!
