Hello all... I haven't been here for a while cuz I was busy with something else... well, I want to share with you today about my Loan Modification. I have been on this Payment Trial Plan for like a year(Loan Modification) however, yesterday they turned down on me. My lender is Chase and I provided them everything I have but they still turned me down and lack me up with some over due payments, that I didn't expect at all. I was looking forward to this and I was so happy and release for like over a year cuz seem like I was going to get it cuz I already been on this payment for a year and a month. They said, I dont have enough income to show them that I can afford for my mortgage payment... But since I was on Trial payment plan... I can afford and I was so happy to be back on my feet but when this turned around I end up with debt. I talked to them like hours and explained my situation and proved everything to them, but they still said the person who worked on my case stated it has been denied and there is nothing they can do about it. They asked me to reapply... and wait for the answer again. When I went online and checked to see what the opportunity I can do about this Loan... I found this site and a whole lot of people went through the same thing I had been and they did turn them down with the same issue... and this one person did reapply 4 times and it was still not working... plus they took away his home cuz they made him running around and end up with a whole lot of debt. I am so scare and I dont know what I can do about this... I have some saving money that can pay those debt but I really want to have my loan modify and it could me release most of the expense in my household. If you guys asking me to cut down every bills I have... Of course, I already did and I don't even spend much on bills anymore... the main things that I have to pay these days are: mortgage and cars... personal expensive are low and I can afford for these. Do you guys have any idea or any government people that could help me go through this, or explain me how it works... I really want to get some help right the way... For Chase Bank, I dont know about them anymore... since like they dont want to help even the President Obama said they HAVE to work out with Homeowner. Please, provide me some useful information... and I really really appreciate that so so so much.

Could I possibly make the suggestion of breaking your long posts down into more than one paragraph? Not doing so makes it quite difficult to read. Yes laws were passed in regards to mortgages, although I don't know specific, but I daresay that not everyone will qualify for these modifications and refinancing.

" Under fire to do more to stop the foreclosure crisis, the Obama administration announced new mortgage modification steps on Friday to help the unemployed and those who are "underwater" with a bigger loan than their home is worth. For eligible unemployed borrowers, the effort would require loan servicers to reduce monthly mortgage payments to 31% or less of income -- or even suspend them entirely, an administration official said. The forbearance assistance would last up to six months, after which the borrower would be evaluated for a loan modification."
