What kind of value would you put to your body parts and I don't mean the extras!

The Monetary Value of our body - How much do you think you are worth, not your brain and what it can do, but your body and who it can be given to.

For some who do not know, there are countries out there where it is common to give up an organ for money. Not only that, but people are willing sometimes to go to the extreme to make money, if not giving up an organ. So the question is, what kind of value would you put to your organs, your limbs, or even your digits (like your toes and fingers)? If a person offered to give you ten thousand dollars for all the toes on one foot, would you do it? Would it matter if it was an organ you didn't really need, or one that regenerated itself?

Being an amputee, I would say that everyone should answer this as their limbs/digits are priceless. And the risk that you run for having unnecessary surgery should outweigh any financial gains. That's not to say if someone in my family needed a kidney that I would not be the first one to see if I was a match and could help them out. But to me this would be considered necessary.

Indeed there are desperate ppl who have done so and also ones who will... I never tought of it. Immagine your wife/husband or child needing an expensive surgery and you not beeing in the position of paying for that... not owning a house to sell or whatever... ofc it s a last resort kind of thing and i would not do it unless it would be the only thing left but asking for the price :)) cmon :) as much as the market offers in your country :)) or wherever you can sell it. It s not like it s your call what price it has. :)
