why do people commit adultery?

Honestly, either because they can, or maybe they are not satisfied within their married situation. That is why most people in the last few years would rather stay together, than getting married. Anything can go wrong, unfortunately. TATA.

Thats something that we just cant answer individually,i mean unless you did it already . But the thing is adultery is somethin done by people whom are having problems with their marriage.Maybe they need extra attention or their partner is not payin that much attention to them thats why they resort to that kind of action .

I think people commit adultery because they're not satisfied with their partners anymore. Or maybe they found someone that is more satisfying. I don't really know, that's just my views.

not all the marriage life in our society has a love involved with them. some get married because of pregnancy. they commit adultery because they did not enjoy their life before when they were single. they cant leave the way of life before marriage.

For the thrill of it, I guess. Maybe these people who commit adultery are just bored with their spouses and want to look for other people for comfort, or for the lost feeling of falling in love. Whatever reasons it may be, I won't condone adultery. It is a sure way to break up a family.

nowadays adultery is becoming a "trend", and some never thought of it as a sin. there are many reasons why people commit adultery, some are frustrations, problems, temptations, but commonly they commit this because they are unsatisfied with their partner. marriage is and should be a lifelong commitment to your partner. but some of marriages doesn't work out and it leads to infidelity. reasons of this are force marriage, no proper planning, premarital se x that results to pregnancy, immaturity. marriage should be plan for it is and must be a lifelong commitment.

I would have to say it's because human being's willpower has shrunk a little bit or we're just becoming to overpowered by lust. I think that a lot of couples rush into marriage because that's what they are supposed to do or one partner feels pressured into marrying the other because they don't want to break their heart. The unfortunate thing is that usually someone is going to get hurt when break ups are involved whether it's a divorce or not. I'm not sure how people can break hearts so easily I just hope that we can all someday see the beauty in one another and be able to love each other without having to have pleasures of the flesh with it.

I don't think you should be so righteous about marriage and against adultery? What if you are married for a long time and you basically grew apart, and become more and more of a roommate type of situation. If you have no choice and need to stay inside the legality of marriage, and there is no more love there, and the companionship is just really lacking, don't you think you will look for someone else. There are sometimes reasons why people commit adultery. It is not all just because they want to try out new pastures to graze on. What if their partner is not into a real relationship both physically and emotionally anymore?

The reason why some people commit adultery is because they are not contented with the person they are with. Sometimes some people think they are bored or something is missing in their lives. Others look for adventuors, they want something new. Other just want to flirt or see if someone still see them attractive. If you truly love someone and respect each other then theres a possibility no one will commit adultery.
