Places where to get old and live long!

I live in South Italy (in the beautiful Calabria) since 12 years and I believe there is something here that enhances life quality and lifetime! People often reach and go over 100 years! As in many places of the world people here take it easy (that's to say no stress at all even if there's no work!) and love to eat good so-called "Mediterranean" food (fish, vegetables, pasta, fruit, etc), and of course to drink red wine. But maybe it's also the weather or sports or simply genetics. Still I believe there's something extra here. In my opinion it's something social, the fact that people still care for the family, friends and neighbors. This positive social environment creates a strong thrust to optimism, collaboration and love, which is the basis and secret of a long life!
