When anybody gets angry,start making destruction in house and abusing others.And at that time people afraid to him/her.

when I'm super super angry, I am quiet as a mouse. I seethe inside. it's bad, I know.

i cant comtrol the words coming out of my mouth. and then i hurt someone without expecting it :(
