cambridge diet

I was looking on the forum for this diet and the before and after pictures that people have sent in are amazing but they are loosing too much weight too quickly. Its expensive too i would do it if i could afford it.
Someone described it as the lighter life diet but without the counselling
Has anyone here tried it

Hmmm I found it quite expensive, checked it over the net. Why don't you try the General Motors Diet it's quite easy to follow and certainly not expensive. I tried it, unfortunately, I am currently violating my diet rules and implemented a lot of exemptions at this time. 
I really should consider it again. I promise I'll do it tomorrow. 
Let's be partners if you want. Let's check each other's progress in losing weight and maybe we just need more motivation.

I never heard about that one, if that is effective i hope its not dangerous for our health. I'll keep looking on that particular diet. Thank you for sharing about it. I also need to loose some weight..
